Capacity building is a very important component of ASHA Foundation’s
work. ASHA has conducted a lot of training programs for doctors,
nurses, paramedical staff, counselors, teachers, grass roots
workers, other NGOs and counselors. Members of ASHA Foundation
staff have been resource persons at the state, national and
international level. In the last financial year ASHA Foundation
conducted 82 workshops.
